A POEM FOR KITTIES (AND THEIR PEOPLE)
KITTIES - A POEM
Some kitties are fat,
Some kitties are slim,
But no matter what shape
Your kitties are in...
You love them.
Some kitties meow,
Some kitties mew,
But no matter what your kitties say
They're talking to you.
What are they saying?
They may want food,
They may need to play
But no matter what they ask of you,
It's your job to say,
"Whatever you want, my sweet feline friend."
Furbabies can be striped,
Some can be pure white,
But no matter what color they are
On a dark day,
They give off light to your heart.
Some kitties are rescues,
Some kitties are strays,
But no matter how they come,
You know they'll stay.
Who rescues whom?
