Your Kitty's Diet

So often in the last couple of weeks, I've seen posts asking what part of Thanksgiving dinner can you feed your cat?

The answer is: NONE! Ask any veterinary professional, and they will tell you "DON'T FEED YOUR PETS HUMAN FOOD!" I echo that. So many things that are perfectly safe for people to eat can be toxic or even fatal to your kitty. Is it worth the risk?

Cat food is designed specifically for your cat's nutritional needs. Why would you circumvent that by offering them something that their digestive systems were never meant to deal with? 

Yes, it will smell good to them; yes, they probably will beg for it; but no, you should NOT give them "just a taste".

Let common sense prevail. Why would you spend an admittedly ridiculous amount for cat food when you could just feed from the table? Think about it.
